Mi pared de parquet

Tatiana Doria

A while ago I posted Flooring Up walls, you may see it here I loved the idea, and I wanted to try it myself to be able to asses clients properly. The Floor Up system by Kaindl works perfectly and I love the result.
This staircase has gone through many fases. First I had flower pot  with many plants, but after the cat decided to use it as a toilet, I had to remove it. I´ve always had humidity stains in that wall due to the very porous natural stone covering that part of the facade, and thanks to the air chamber provided by this system this ploblem is now solved.

Os diré que me estoy planteando forrar alguna otra pared.
Now I´m thinking about trying on more walls at home!

This week I was at the upholsterer for some work I have to get done, and I found these two chairs they are
selling as a bargain (180 euros the pair). They are made of faux leather. If you are interested in having them, contact me and they are yours! (I don´t think I could be able to send them abroad, it wouldn´t be worth it, sorry)

And just in case you don´t know where to fit them, take a look!

Se te hubiera ocurrido?

Belclaire House

¡A mí nunca!

Did it ever occur to you? Well, not to me! And I really don´t know why but I have never thought of having a mirror in the kitchen, and after seeing these pictures I think is an excellent idea which I will try sometime.
When designing kitchens the sink is usually placed underneath the window, probably because, at least, the one that does the dishes gets to see the view. But wouldn´t it be way more entertaining to have a mirror instead of the window to be able to hava a conversation while washind dishes? Or even while cooking instead of watching a wall? I definately think it would, what do you think?

In the pictures below, the mirror was chosen as a backspash and I think it also looks great. It gives light to the space and it´s very easy to clean.

I´m telling you that these are all the pictures I was able to find all over the internet, other blogs, pinteres, etc., which confirms the fact that not very many people has come up with the idea of having a nice mirror in their kitchens..... ufff thank God I wasn´t the only one!
